Heat oven to 350ºF (180ºC).Spray bottom of 8 or 9-inch (20 or 23 cm) square pan with non-stick cooking spray.Sprinkle chopped fruit with 2 Tbsp. (30 mL) flour and set aside.In large bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt.In another bowl whisk together yogurt, oil and eggs.Add to flour mixture and stir until just moistened.Stir fruit into batter.Pour into pan.Bake 35 to 40 minutes or until toothpick inserted in centre comes out clean.Cool on wire rack.Sprinkle with icing sugar if desired. Serve warm or at room temperature.
