Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).Place roll in a baking dish and bake 10 - 15 minutes.In a pan, heat butter and oil over medium heat, and sweat shallots.Deglaze pan with wine, add herbs and season to taste.Reduce to desired thickness.Take the roll out of the oven, remove string, spoon sauce over them and serve.
