Cut Yves Veggie Bacon into 1/4-in. (0.5-cm) dice.
Sauté Yves Veggie Bacon in oil over medium heat, stirring occasionally for 2-3 minutes or until it begins to brown.
Place Yves Veggie Bacon in food processor and pulse until it is crumbly and resembles bits.
Cool before storing.
