RILLETTES DU MANS
Honouring the authenticity of the traditional recipe which originates from Le Mans in western France, this classic is prepared using cubes of pork slow cooked in duck and pork fat, subsequently stirred to pull apart. This is one of the first terrines marketed by Première Moisson. Ten or so years on, demand remains as brisk as ever. A must try!
