Preheat the oven to 375°F.Whisk the coconut oil, almond butter, and apple sauce in a bowl with a fork. Add the oats, almonds, apricots, chia, 30 mL (2 tablespoons) coconut, cinnamon, and a pinch of salt. Stir well.Pour the mixture into a square 8 x 8 inch (20 x 20 cm) Pyrex dish and press the mixture down into the mould. Sprinkle the remaining oat flakes on top, 2 tablespoons (30 ml).Bake in the oven for 25 minutes. Let cool and slice into squares.
