For the garnishCut the peppers and the carrots into small cubes.In a pan, heat a drizzle of olive oil and cook the onion and garlic. Add the meat and cook 6-8 minutes (until the meat is no longer pink). Salt & pepper.Add the vegetables and cook for 5 minutes.Add the sauce and cook 1-2 minutes.Service in the lettuce leaves.For the saucePour the soya sauce, brown sugar, garlic, rice vinegar, ginger, sesame oil, a pinch of salt & pepper in a small saucepan and bring to boil.In a small bowl, dilute the cornstarch in a tablespoon of water, then pour into the boiling sauce. Preparation

For the garnish

Cut the peppers and the carrots into small cubes.

In a pan, heat a drizzle of olive oil and cook the onion and garlic. Add the meat and cook 6-8 minutes (until the meat is no longer pink). Salt & pepper.

Add the sauce and cook 1-2 minutes.
