In a bowl, combine oil, orange juice, lime juice, garlic, ginger, salt and pepper.Add scallops and refrigerate for 30 min.; turn scallops over a few times to coat evenly.Preheat barbecue to medium-high.Drain scallops and wrap them in bacon.
