Preheat the barbecue to medium.
In a bowl, mix all sauce ingredients.
Oil and pepper rib eye steaks; sear on each side.
Baste with sauce and continue cooking 3 minutes per side.
Make fruit and vegetable brochettes; grill 2 to 3 minutes, basting with sauce.
These medium-bodied wines are characterised by their smooth tannins that usually confer a certain roundness. They are often dominated by a nose of ripe fruit or woody notes (toast, coffee or vanilla).
