Combine the marinade ingredients, adding a crushed lemon quarter. Mix well.
Marinate the beef cubes in the refrigerator for 3 hours.
Drain the meat and cook in a frying pan over high heat.
Steam the pitas to heat them.
Baste the pitas with the sour cream and top with some beef cubes.
Grind a touch of pepper. Roll up the pitas.
