In a small mixing bowl, prepare spicy mayonnaise: blend together mayo, lime juice, smoked paprika and Tabasco, to taste. Refrigerate.In a large non-stick skillet, bake bacon slices at 190 °C (375 °F) for 10 minutes, the goal being to cook the bacon halfway without allowing it to become crispy. Set aside both the bacon and the skillet.Roll one slice of ``blanched`` bacon tightly around each tuna patty without overlapping it. Season with salt and crushed pepper, to taste.Reheat non-stick skillet over medium heat; place bacon-wrapped tuna patties flat in the skillet and cook them for 1–2 minutes on each side. Set aside.Heat burger buns in the oven at 190 °C (375 °F) for 1 minute. Spread a generous amount of mayonnaise on each bun. Top with tomato slices and lettuce leaves.
