Preheat the barbecue to medium heat. Mix all the ingredients, except the tuna steaks and olive oil. Brush both sides of the tuna steaks with olive oil. Sprinkle 5 mL (1 tsp) of the seasoning mixture on each side of the fish steaks. Cook the fish steaks for 3 to 4 minutes on each side. The fish steaks can be cook directly on the barbecue grill, on a sheet of aluminum foil or in a fish broiler. The fish can be baked in the oven at 180°C (350°F) for 8 to 10 minutes.
