MILK, REGULAR, ORGANIC OR LITE 400 ml SELECTED VARIETIES
In a large pot over medium heat, brown onions, garlic and peppers in hot oil for 5 minutes.
Add tomatoes, coconut milk and salt.
Cover and cook for 10 minutes.
Lay fillets on top of the mixture and cook, covered, for 5 - 8 minutes.
Serve in soup plates.
