Lay head of Romaine on cutting board and cut lettuce into bite-size pieces, approximately 1-in. (2.5-cm) square.
Rinse lettuce in cold water and spin or pat dry with clean tea towel.
Place leaves in large bowl along with croutons, Caesar dressing, parmesan cheese and Veggie Bacon Bits.
Toss until leaves are coated with dressing.
