Preheat oven to 350°F/180°C.In saucepan, melt butter.Cook mushrooms and onions until soft and liquid has evaporated. Stir in flour.Gradually add milk.Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture comes to a boil and thickens. Salt and pepper to taste.On bottom half of each croissant, layer 2 slices of ham, a quarter of the cheese and a quarter of the mushroom sauce.Place other half of croissant on top.Bake about 15 minutes or until hot.

Preparation
