Skewer cantaloupe cubes and set aside. Mix the next four ingredients together in a bowl and brush onto cantaloupe cubes. Reserve any leftover sauce for drizzling later. Cook on a hot oiled grill for about 2 minutes. Serve with ice cream and drizzle with sauce.
