Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C). Grease muffin tins. In a medium bowl, combine oil, banana, honey, egg, milk, pears and carrot. In a big bowl, mix dry ingredients together. Add liquid mixture to dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Spoon batter into muffin tins. Bake 25 to 30 minutes.
