In a large bowl, stir together beans, onion, pistachios, breadcrumbs, chilli sauce, mustard, eggs and chili powder. Season with rosemary and pepper and mash.Shape into 6 patties, dipping hands in water occasionally to prevent mixture from sticking.Heat oil in a frying pan over high heat and brown patties for 2 to 3 minutes per side. Continue cooking over medium heat for about 8 minutes per side.Warm up buns, if preferred, and top each patty with a slice of cheese and favourite condiments. Serve with chips or fries. Garnish with baby dill pickles.

Preparation
