While meatballs are baking, sauté onion, garlic, ginger, bell peppers in oil in skillet over medium heat for 5 minutes or until soft.
In jar with lid, shake together pineapple juice and cornstarch until dissolved. Add sugar, vinegar, soy sauce, tomato paste, sesame oil and shake to mix sauce.
Add sauce to skillet and stir occasionally until thick.
Add pineapple chunks, meatballs and heat through.
