In a frying pan, heat butter; sauté mushrooms 2 minutes; remove from heat.
Add remaining ingredients; mix well.
Spread filling on each pancake; roll tightly in plastic wrap; refrigerate.
Just before serving, remove plastic wrap; cut 1.5 cm (1/2 in.) slices and serve.
