In a large frying pan, cook (brown) garlic and spinach in olive oil, over medium heat for 4 minutes. Meanwhile, cook pasta in boiling salted water according to directions as indicated on the packaging. Add O' Sole Mio Arrabbiata sauce in the frying pan, stir in basil and pine nuts and simmer 3 to 4 minutes over low heat. Season. Mix pasta with sauce. In bowls, serve pasta and garnish with parmesan cheese and parsley.
