Cover.Bake 45 to 50 min. or until cauliflower is tender.Heat oven to broil.Melt remaining margarine; mix with Parmesan and bread crumbs.Sprinkle over cauliflower mixture.Broil, 6 inches from heat, 2 to 3 min. or until golden brown.
