Croquettes:In a frying pan, brown onion and celery in oil and butter 3 to 4 minutes. Cool in a bowl.Add remaining ingredients to bowl. Blend well and shape into croquettes.Fry croquettes in oil and butter about 3 minutes per side.Sauce:Boil chicken bouillon about 5 minutes.Add cream, mustard and pepper. Bring to a boil and remove from heat.Pour sauce over the croquettes.

Preparation
