Mix the marinade ingredients in a bowl.
Place the chicken in the marinade and let it marinate in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
Drain the chicken and place it in a broiler pan. Spread half of the mustard on top of each chicken half-breast.
In an oven preheated to 180 °C (350 °F), grill the chicken half-breasts for 12 to 15 minutes.
Turn over the chicken and brush the other side with the rest of the mustard.
Grill 12 minutes more. Slice to serve.
Serve immediately with rice and mixed vegetables.
