Chicken:Preheat BBQ to 475°FDice chicken breast and peppers, seasoning with herbs, salt, pepper, olive oil and paprika.Skewer chicken and peppers on 20-inch Birch skewers and grill until well done.Sauce:Blend peppers, garlic, parsley, salt and pepper in a blender until pureed.Place in a non-stick frying pan on a low heat, adding whipping cream and cook for 15 minutes until sauce is thick and creamy.Serve chicken skewers on a bed of sauce, garnished with diced yellow peppers. Preparation

Chicken:

Dice chicken breast and peppers, seasoning with herbs, salt, pepper, olive oil and paprika.
