Preheat the oven at 180°C (350°F). In the bowl of a pastry blender, mix all ingredients at medium speed for 2 minutes until the dough is clear. Pour the dough in a springform pan of 33 cm x 23 cm x 5 cm (13 in x 9 in x 2 in), greased and dusted with flour.Bake in the oven for 40 to 50 minutes. Once the cake has cooled, remove from the mould and cut lengthwise. Cut a piece and split in two. Place the berries and some Chantilly cream on the bottom part. Place the other half over the fruits.
