Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).Prepare the chocolate cake mix following the instructions on the package. Pour the batter into the pan of your choice and bake until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Let the cake cool completely before decorating.Meanwhile, in a small saucepan, heat the cream with the spices. Remove from heat and let steep for 2 to 3 minutes.Bring the mixture back to a boil, then pour the infused cream through a sieve over the chocolate. Let it sit for 2 minutes, then stir until the ganache is smooth.Add the oil and the water and mix until the ganache is smooth and homogeneous.
