Combine all the dry ingredients in a bowl.In another bowl, beat the egg whites until you get stiff peaks. Set aside.In a third bowl, combine the chocolate milk, buttermilk, melted butter, and egg yolks.Add this mixture to the dry ingredients. Combine until you get an even texture.Gently fold in the egg whites using a flexible spatula.In a hot pan, heat a drizzle of vegetable oil. Add 1/3 cup of the batter. Gently spread out. Cook for two minutes. Flip. Cook another minute.Serve with fresh strawberries, whipped cream, and fleur de sel caramel.
