Preheat the BBQ to medium or oven to broil. Slice the baguette lengthwise. In a bowl, mix the mustard, honey and walnuts and spread the Ciabatta. Place the pear slices and top with cheese. Grill for a few minutes, until the Brie melts and the bread is lovely and golden. Garnish with arugula.
