Bake baguette according to directions. Set aside.

Open baguette lengthwise, without separating completely.
Sprinkle with oil mixture.
In another bowl, mix all toppins ingredients.
Arrange lettuce on baguette and top with tuna and olive mixture.
Cut baguette into portions and serve with quartered eggs and tomatoes.
