Cover the bottom of a square 8 in. (20 cm) by 2 in. (5 cm) pan with cinnamon waffles.
In a bowl, beat eggs with brown sugar, add flour, baking powder, apricots and almond extract.
Pour mixture over waffles and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Bake at 350°F / 180°C about 20 minutes.
