In a large saucepan, heat butter and oil. Add onion and garlic and cook 2 min.
Stir in curry powder.
Add potatoes, apples and chicken broth.
Cover and cook 15 min. or until potatoes are cooked.
Purée in the blender until smooth.
Return soup to pan. Stir in milk, salt and pepper and cook 1 min.
Whisk yogurt to make it easier to pour.
Add a drizzle of yogurt and some fresh parsley before serving.
These dry wines and ciders have a nose of fruit and flower aromas while having a rich taste on the palate. They get a pleasant liveliness from their acidity.
