Spread a thin layer of cream cheese on prosciutto slices.
Cut mango into sticks.
Place a few mango sticks on one end of a prosciutto slice, sprinkle with minced mint, and roll up.
Refrigerate for 1 hour for easier slicing.
Using a sharp knife, slice rolls into 1/2-in. (1-cm) pieces, and serve plain or as canapés.
