In a large frying pan, carrots, onions and garlic over medium-high heat should be seasoned with oil for about ten minutes, stirring occasionally.Add the chicken stock, bring to a boil and simmer for 25 minutes.Place carrots, onions and garlic in a good blender, then add 1/2 cup of the broth, milk, cream and maple syrup and reduce to an ultra-smooth preparation.Pepper, taste and season the seasoning. Reheat and serve.Tip:Replace the salt flower with your favorite steak spices! "Carné" effect very tempting!

Preparation
