Spicy chocolate sauce :Bring the milk, cinnamon, and cayenne pepper to a boil in a pot.Place the pieces of dark chocolate in a bowl and pour the milk mixture on top. Let rest for 5 minutes.After 5 minutes, whisk until you get a smooth texture.Store in the fridge.*You can keep the chocolate sauce in the fridge but it will set. You’ll need some time to melt it at room temperature before serving.Caramel French Toast :Slice the 4 Première Moisson breads in half, crosswise. Set aside.Combine the milk and caramel spread in a microwave-safe bowl.Add the egg and mix until the mixture is almost smooth.Dip each slice of bread in the mixture, making sure they are thoroughly coated. Set aside.Heat a non-stick pan on low. Generously butter and cook the French toast for about 4 to 5 minutes each side.Assembly :Place a scoop of the ice cream of your choice on a slice of French toast.Add another slice of French toast and add a drizzle of the spicy chocolate sauce and fresh fruit on top.
