In a bowl, mix the apples with the sugar and cornstarch.Place the pie dough on two large sheets of aluminum foil sprayed with non-stick cooking spray.Divide the mixture between both sheets of dough, then dot with butter.Fold the dough over and seal to create two tight logs, then twist the ends like a candy wrapper.Make a 12-inch hollow at the centre of the coals and place both rolls inside.Bake for 40 minutes, turning them over.Slice into rounds and serve.

Preparation
