Heat the oven to 375°F / 190°C.Butter a cookie sheet.Mix all the ingredients except the butter and vanilla extract.Pour onto the cookie sheet and cook for 15 to 20 minutes, stirring occasionally until the mixture is slightly brown.Pour into a bowl and add the butter and vanilla extract.Sprinkle the mixture on fruit, yoghurt or ice cream.Keep what's left in a hermetically-sealed container.
