In a strainer placed over a bowl, drain the pineapples. Save 1/2 cup (125 mL) of pineapple juice. In a saucepan, mix the pineapple juice, honey, the juice and zest of lime. Bring to a boil while stirring until the honey dissolves. Remove from heat and let cool. Add the tequila and nutmeg and mix well.In a large bowl, place the pineapple, mangoes, honey melon and the cantaloupe. Pour the dressing on the fruit and mix well to coat them. Refrigerate at least 1 hour. Distribute the fruit salad to fruit dishes or goblets as you serve it.
