Season the meat with steak spice, make several patties and lay them out onto a plate.
On the Bar-B-Q, cook the patties over medium heat for 5 to 7 minutes on each side.
Flip the patties regularly with a spatula to avoid burning them.
Cut the pita breads in half and open them.
Spread tzatziki on the inside.
Add spinach and arugula.
Insert the patties in the pita bread.
Garnish with onion, cucumber and crumble d feta cheese.
