Season the meat with steak spice, make several patties and lay them out onto a plate. On the Bar-B-Q, cook the patties over medium heat for 5 to 7 minutes on each side. Flip the patties regularly with a spatula to avoid burning them. Cut the pita breads in half and open them. Spread tzatziki on the inside. Add spinach and arugula.
