Preheat barbecue to high on one side and low on the other. Place an aluminum plate on the grill of the barbecue and heat the nuts for 30 sec. In a bowl, mix brown sugar, cream and rum. Add to nuts and mix, let simmer 2 to 3 minutes. Peel bananas, brush with butter and brown on the hot barbecue grill 2 to 3 minutes, while turning them. Remove bananas and place each on a crepe. Roll each banana up in the crepe, place on a plate and mask with rum caramel.

Preparation
