Preheat the barbecue to medium heat. In a pan, brown the onion in a butter/oil mixture. Add remaining sauce ingredients and bring to a boil. Cook for 1 to 2 minutes. Remove from heat and reserve. Place chicken breasts on an oiled grill and barbecue 5 to 7 minutes per side. Top chicken breasts with sauce and serve.

Preparation
