Preheat the barbecue to medium. In a pan, put all kiwi sauce ingredients; cook 1 to 2 minutes. Put chicken breasts on a double sheet of oiled aluminium foil; brush with kiwi sauce and cook about 15 to 20 minutes. Put fruit brochettes on a sheet of oiled aluminium foil; brush with kiwi sauce and cook 2 to3 minutes. Serve with barley salad and braised leeks.

    (30 mL)
    butter
  • 1
    kiwi, cubed
  • 3
    scallions, chopped
  • 1/4 cup
    (60 mL)
    apple jelly
  • 2 Tbsp.
    (30 mL)
    lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup
    (60 mL)
    15% cream
  • 1/2 cup
    (125 mL)
    grated mozzarella cheese

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation
