Mix marinade ingredients together. Marinate chicken in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours. Mix fruit salad ingredients and let stand in the refrigerator. Preheat barbecue to medium. Drain chicken breasts. Cook chicken 4-5 minutes per side. Spoon salad into soup plates. Cut hot chicken into thin slices and, while still hot, lay over salads. Serve immediately.
