Preheat BBQ to medium-high. Cut peppers into 4 wedges and seed them. Using a knife, score the peppers with a lattice pattern. In a bowl, mix, mix remaining ingredients together and pour over peppers. Marinate at least 2 hours. Drain thoroughly. Barbecue over indirect heat.
