Cut zucchinis in 1 in. (2 cm) thick slices. Place zucchinis in a bowl. Add oil, lime juice, basil, salt and pepper. Mix well to coat zucchinis. Preheat barbecue to medium-high. Thread zucchinis on skewers. Grill 3 to 4 minutes.

  • juice of 1 lime
  • 4-5
    basil leaves, chopped

  • Salt and pepper to taste
