Wash zucchini and cut in 2 lengthways.
Brush with oil and vinegar.
Preheat BBQ to medium.
Grill halved zucchini, skin-side down, for only a few minutes so that they remain firm.
Turn over and cook flesh-side down for last 2 minutes to give flesh nice grill marks.
Sprinkle with fresh herbs.
Excellent accompaniment to grilled lamb or beef.
