In a bowl, mix the turkey, breadcrumbs, egg, mustard and oil. Make 4 equal-sized patties about 1 cm (3/16 in.) thick. Set aside in the refrigerator.In a frying pan, cook the onion, garlic and rosemary in a mixture of butter/oil for about 3 minutes. Deglaze with lemon juice. CoolPreheat the barbecue to medium heat.Baste patties with the onion and garlic preparation.Cook patties for 4 minutes per side.

    seasoned breadcrumbs

    Dijon mustard

    extra virgin olive oil
  • basting mix:

  • 1
    medium onion, chopped
  • 2
    clove garlic, chopped
  • 1
    sprigs fresh chopped rosemary
  • 2 Tbsp.
    (30 mL)
    fresh lemon juice

Preparation

In a bowl, mix the turkey, breadcrumbs, egg, mustard and oil. Make 4 equal-sized patties about 1 cm (3/16 in.) thick. Set aside in the refrigerator.

Preheat the barbecue to medium heat.
