In a bowl, mix the turkey, breadcrumbs, egg, mustard and oil. Make 4 equal-sized patties about 1 cm (3/16 in.) thick. Set aside in the refrigerator. In a frying pan, cook the onion, garlic and rosemary in a mixture of butter/oil for about 3 minutes. Deglaze with lemon juice. Cool Preheat the barbecue to medium heat. Baste patties with the onion and garlic preparation. Cook patties for 4 minutes per side.

Preparation
