In a pot, cook linguini according to package instructions. Set aside.
In a large skillet, mix seafood, cream, lemon juice, wine and garlic together and cook over medium heat for 6 min.
Mix cornstarch and water, add to skillet and cook 2 min.
Add remaining ingredients, except for linguini.
Reduce heat, add linguini and cook until heated through.
Adjust seasoning and serve.
