Preheat the BBQ.In a bowl, combine all the ingredients together and set aside.Cut the croissants in half lengthwise.Toast the inside of the brioche buns.Place a slice of cheese on the still warm bottom bread.Place a lettuce leaf over the cheese and place the lobster mixture.Finish with the top of the brioche.Suggestion:Keep the pulp of a whole lobster claw to prick it on top of the hamburger.Source: Max L’Affamé

    lobster cooked, peeled and cut into pieces
  • 1 c. à soupe
    (15 ml)
    Irresistibles shriracha mayonnaise
  • 1/2
    green apple julienned

  • juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 1/4
    red pepper cut into small dice
  • 1 tablespoon
    (15 ml)
    chopped dill
  • 1 pinch
    Irresistibles salt
  • To taste
    pepper

    first Harvest brioche croissant
  • 2
    Irresistibles Swiss cheese
  • 2
    Boston lettuce

Preparation

Preheat the BBQ.
