Put all the ingredients for the lobster stock in a pot. Boil for 15 minutes.Put the anaesthetised live lobster in the pot and cook covered for 6 to 8 minutes.Take off the shells. Reserve the lobster meat and the shells in a dish.Pour the stock through a strainer.

Preparation

Put all the ingredients for the lobster stock in a pot. Boil for 15 minutes.

Put the anaesthetised live lobster in the pot and cook covered for 6 to 8 minutes.

Take off the shells. Reserve the lobster meat and the shells in a dish.
