Melt butter and marshmallows in a double boiler, stirring constantly.
Remove from heat and stir in chocolate wafer crumbs.
Line bottom and sides of a 9" (22 cm) pie plate with crumb mixture, pressing it into place.
Refrigerate 10 minutes.
Fill shell with softened ice cream, pressing ice cream to spread it evenly. Drizzle with mandarin cream or limoncello.
Freeze for 2 hours.
Just before serving, sift cocoa over the whole pie.
Cut into pieces and serve.
